  • Structure Fires ( Working fires where hose was laid on the street and moderate to major damage occurred. )

    • Spinning Wheel (former restaurant)
  • Structure Fires ( Incident as listed below. )
    • Marion Terrace Apartments ... Kitchen Fire
    • Garahan Street ... Bed On Fire
    • Beer Bellies ... Fire In The Wall
    • 39 Kniffen Street ... Washer On Fire
    • 425 Wyoming Street ... Kitchen Fire
    • 57 Countrywood Drive ... Kitchen Fire
    • 2 Oaklawn Avenue ... Electrical Fire
  • 5 of the 11 reported vehicle fires were well involved with one being a fatal fire. The remaining were overheated vehicles, brakes and other small incidents.
  • We have had 5 car accidents with entrapment. The remaining were hazard control (fluids down, disconnecting battery, etc...).
  • The rest of the responses were things we do daily.
  • On average the fire department has responded almost 3 times daily.
